1) Quality Guarantee:
BeautifulCraftCreations.co.uk, guarantees that all products contained in this website are of the highest quality and that the products meet the required standards for the purpose they were intended.
2) Payment Options:
• UK BUYERS – payment using paypal, personal cheques, postal orders will be accepted. All cheques are to be made payable to Sara Hicks.
• WORLDWIDE BUYERS – payment by PAYPAL ONLY, IN POUNDS STERLING.
• Proof of posting will be obtained. If you have any queries please e-mail.
3) Postage and Delivery Details:
UK Postage Rates
Up to £12.00, Postage is £2.50
Up to £45.00, Postage is £3.95
Over £45.00, Postage is £9.50 for postal insurance upto 2kg.
Rest Of World Postage Rates
All overseas orders will be sent by Airmail.

4) Returns Procedure:
Every effort is made to ensure your order is well packaged and arrives in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event of your order not being delivered within 15 working days from the despatch date (Saturdays, Sundays & United Kingdom Public Holidays not included) customers should advise beautifulcraftcreations.co.uk. and every effort to locate the order will be made. If the order can’t be traced, then a replacement order will be sent or a refund will be made, depending what the customer prefers and subject to the correct delivery address and relevant information having been supplied with the order.
If an order arrives damaged, customers should contact beautifulcraftcreations.co.uk within 3 days of receipt. The damaged goods should be returned in the original packaging. Once received, then a replacement order or refund will be made.
5) Refunds:
Refunds for valid claims will be made via the same method of payment as used to place order. Returns will be accepted within 7 days of your receipt of your item(s), and the refund will consist of the value of the item, as the buyer will be responsible for the postage and packaging costs.
6) Commissions and Deposits:
The design, colour, price and completion time will be agreed when enquiries are made. A 50% deposit will be requested on all commissions and will be non-refundable. The pieces of work remain the property of beautifulcraftcreations.co.uk, until the final monies are paid in full at the time of completion of the work.
7) Uniqueness of each product
In the event of an item being purchase by 2 people, priority will be given to the first customer and the second customer will be informed that it has been sold. As each item that is made, it is a 'one- off-piece' of craft work and unique and can only be sold the once. However we can make a similar item in most cases and this can be discussed if such a situation should arise. Thank you for your understanding.
8) Health and Safety
These items are not to be used as toys and should be used for decoration purposes responsibly.
They also contain glass which can cut you if broken; tin and lead which should not come into contact with broken skin or your mouth.
Wash hands after handling.

The designs made by Sara Stanley are copyrighted. If you would like to use any of the designs permission needs to be obtained.
